techniques and therapy. Try to calm them down and talk their worries

of anxiety attacks in children is known as separation anxiety disorder.
When separated from loved ones or parents, children often become
worried. Any time they are put in a situation or surrounding they are
not comfortable with, anxiety can be the result. It can come about when
parents are out for the evening or if the child is left for several
days while the parents are on vacation.
To help correct
this, talk to your children and let them know that nothing bad is going
to happen. Help them understand that you will be returning and that you
love them very much. As hard as it may be, sometimes the best solution
is to go out once a week so they learn to deal with separation. Anxiety
attacks in children are far more common than you would expect, but
these are some things you can do to help your children cope with their
problems.
